What this site collects
Nothing. There is no sign-up form, no contact form, and no account. We do not know you visited.
This page sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Every asset it needs — including the typefaces — is served from this domain rather than from a third party, so loading it sends your IP address to nobody except our host. That is also why you were not asked to accept anything: there is nothing here to accept.
If you write to us
If you email us to ask about The Fold, we will hold your email address for one reason: to tell you when the newsletter begins, and to reply to you. We will not use it for anything else, add you to any other list, or share it with anyone.
If you change your mind, say so in a reply and we will delete your address. You can ask us at any time what we hold, and we will tell you.
When The Fold opens
Subscriptions are not open yet. When they are, this page will be replaced with a full privacy notice covering what we collect, our lawful basis for it, who processes it on our behalf, how long we keep it, and your rights in full.
